A former advertising executive and pitch development specialist, George Brumis pivoted in 2018 after learning about tax credits and incentives (and the important role they can play in the success of a small business).

Partnered with specialized Accounting, Engineering, and Healthcare firms, George helps his clients increase cash flow and profits.

Because health insurance is such a significant expense for his clients, in 2024, George went back to school to get his healthcare license in the State of California.

He has been featured on podcasts, has been a speaker at area Chambers and is very active in his local business community.

Outside of work, George enjoys skiing, tennis, hiking, songwriting, cooking and live comedy.

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

A Business Development Executive with extensive Construction Project Management and Business Advisory experience, Boyega Ajayi excels in helping clients, including Real Estate Investors, increase cash flow and profits.

Boyega is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, Valuation Analyst, and M&A Strategist dedicated to assisting business owners and real estate investors in maximizing the value of their investments.

Outside of work, Boyega enjoys martial arts, reading, cooking, and spending time at the beach.

SECTION 125 CHAMP PLAN

The Tax Incentives Hub teams with David Baxter and his firm for the Section 125 Champ Plan, which is a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) healthcare plan. David is the CEO and Founder of RightQuote, a full-service brokerage that serves healthcare clients in 33 states, including California. David’s deep experience with the Champ Plan—together with his knowledgeable and friendly back-office team—makes him an ideal partner.

Outside of work, David enjoys an action-packed schedule with his wife and three kids, alternating between basketball and soccer games, weekend trips to the mountains to fish, hunt, snowmobile and ski, and much more!

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT TAX CREDIT

The Tax Incentives Hub partners with David Porada and his firm for R&D Tax Credit services. David has spent his career working with legal, financial and creative professionals from a wide variety of companies, including those in traditional manufacturing, high-tech industries, startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Through extensive analysis, David applies his legal, project management and Lean Six Sigma black-belt knowledge to identify how tax incentives directly relate to a client’s specific needs and situation.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, coaching track and basketball, Polish Dancing and helping coordinate the troupe, and volunteering on his Credit Union Board of Directors.
