Employee Retention Credit (ERC)

It wasn’t easy retaining employees during the pandemic. But for those who did, funding up to $26,000 per employee may be waiting for you.

Making it through the pandemic was no easy feat for small business owners. Fortunately, if you were able to brave those tough months in 2020 and 2021, you most likely qualify for the Employee Retention Credit.

What is the ERC?

  • It’s a tax credit created as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act)

  • It’s for organizations with up to 100 employees in 2020 (or up to 500 employees in 2021) who were affected by the pandemic

  • It provides funding for both for-profit and non-profits organizations

  • The ERC is a refundable tax credit, not a loan, so you don’t have to pay it back. If you qualified for the PPP or EIDL, it’s likely you can also get ERC funding. Contact us now to see if you qualify.

Just a few types of businesses that qualify for ERC:

• Restaurants/Bars

Step 2: You complete a short questionnaire about your business and provide payroll documentation ✔️

Step 3: We determine if you qualify for the ERC and if so, we calculate your refund ✔️

Step 5: We do the work and you collect the funds. ✔️

“I’m happy I was introduced to George and his company. They got us a very meaningful recovery back from the federal government, and they made the process easy. I’d recommend working with George if you get the opportunity!.”
